Privacy and your data
What we collect, which service providers process it, what analytics exclude, and the privacy controls you have.

Before you start
- Some settings are per person (Profile) and some are per workspace (Owner or Admin only).
What we collect
- Account data: name, email, sign-in methods, security settings.
- Your content: projects, designs, comments and uploaded files — used only to provide the service to you and the people you share with.
- Billing data: handled by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Product telemetry: anonymous feature usage (PostHog) and errors to improve reliability. Telemetry excludes project content and the text you type, and we don't record sessions or the editor canvas. Signed out, nothing is stored on your device.

Your controls
- External AI processing: owners/admins can turn it off for the workspace.
- Telemetry: turn product analytics off in Settings → Profile → Privacy.
- Marketing email: separate and optional; transactional emails (security, billing) are always sent.
- Sharing: projects are private by default; share links can expire and be revoked.
- Export and deletion: see Export all your data.
Steps: review your privacy settings
- Open Settings → Profile → Privacy to choose product analytics and marketing email preferences.
- Owners and admins: open Workspace settings → Privacy to turn external AI processing on or off.
- Open each project's Share panel to review and revoke links you no longer need.
