Do I pay for each workspace?
No. The subscription is per account: one subscription covers every workspace you own, so you can keep clients or homes apart at no extra cost. A person who edits in several of your workspaces still uses just one seat.
How do seats work?
The subscription includes one full seat: you, the account owner. Everyone else who edits designs or administers any of your workspaces (Admin or Editor) needs a full seat at USD 10.00/month, counted once across all your workspaces. Guests who only view or comment, and anyone with a public link, are free. Roles explained.
What happens when I add or remove seats?
Paying by card (Stripe): added seats are prorated — you pay only for the rest of the current period — and become available once the payment succeeds. PayPal doesn’t prorate: after you approve the change in PayPal, it applies from your next billing cycle. Reductions take effect at your next renewal; there are no automatic refunds for the current period. Seat changes.
What if I cancel?
You keep full editing until the end of the paid period. After that your workspaces are read-only: you can still view and download everything. We keep your data for at least 90 days, with notices before anything is removed. Changed your mind? With a card you can resume before the period ends; PayPal can’t undo a cancellation, so you subscribe again once the period has ended. Cancellation.
Can I try before paying?
Yes. The Free plan needs no card: one workspace with one floor plan (one design), the sample homes, exports and Build with AI to help you start. See what it includes. When you subscribe, your work comes with you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards through Stripe’s secure hosted checkout, and PayPal. We never see or store full card numbers.
What currency and taxes apply?
Prices are in US dollars (USD) and always shown with the currency code. Applicable sales tax, VAT or GST is added at checkout based on your billing address. Your bank may convert currency.
Do I get invoices?
Yes. Every invoice shows the currency, what you were charged for (the base price, seats and any prorations), taxes, total and service period. The account owner can download them from Billing.
What about refunds or a disputed charge?
Contact our support team — refunds and payment disputes are handled by a person, not automatically. There are no automatic refunds for partial periods, except where the law requires them.
What if a payment fails?
We’ll email you and retry. Your workspaces stay fully editable for a 7-day grace period, then become read-only (view and download only) until payment is updated.
Are there any usage limits?
No daily or monthly caps for subscribers. Individual files have technical size limits (images 25 MB, PDFs 50 MB, 3D models 200 MB). AI requests run one at a time per workspace — extra requests wait their turn instead of being refused — and a per-person burst limit stops automated scripts. See the acceptable use policy.
