How pricing works

There's one plan with everything in it. No tiers, credits, watermarks or caps — and a Free plan to start with.

Before you start

• Nothing — this article explains the plan. To subscribe you'll need an account with a verified email address.

The price

• USD 29.00 per month per account. It covers every workspace you own and includes one full seat (you).
• USD 10.00 per month for each additional full-seat person (Admins and Editors), counted once across all your workspaces — someone who edits in three of your workspaces uses one seat.
• Guests (view and comment) and public link viewers are free.
• Applicable tax is added at checkout.

Formula: USD 29.00 + USD 10.00 × (full seats − 1).

What's included — all of it, unlimited

Workspaces, projects, floors, variants, uploads, storage, exports, renders (up to 8K), AI requests, and version history. Every feature belongs to the one plan.

"Unlimited" means no daily or monthly quantity caps. For security and fairness there are per-file size limits, AI requests run one at a time per workspace (extra ones wait their turn), and a burst limit stops automated use. Read Fair use explained and the Acceptable use policy.

The Free plan

Everyone starts on the Free plan, with no card. It includes:

• One workspace with one floor plan (one design)
• Full 2D and 3D editing of that plan
• Explore every sample home, or copy one as your plan
• Exports of your plan: PDF to scale, PNG, SVG, CSV, DXF, GLB and more
• Renders made in your browser, downloaded to your device
• Build with AI to help you start (up to 3 plans a day)

It doesn't include:

• More floor plans, designs (alternatives) and workspaces
• Inviting teammates or guests
• Uploading files (images, 3D models, textures)
• Saving renders to the cloud (the project's render gallery)
• The editor's AI assistant and AI wall detection
• Browsing the full save history

Subscribing lifts every limit and keeps everything you've made.

Steps to subscribe

1. Verify your email address.
2. Open Settings → Billing and choose Subscribe. Only the account owner sees Billing.
3. Pick the number of full seats and a payment method (card via Stripe, or PayPal).
4. Complete the secure hosted checkout. You come back to Billing; access activates as soon as the payment provider confirms.

Common problems

• "Checkout pending." Payment confirmation can take a few seconds. The page updates automatically; you won't be charged twice.
• I'm not sure who needs a seat. Anyone who edits designs or administers any of your workspaces needs a full seat; everyone else can be a free guest.
• Do I pay again for a second workspace? No. One subscription covers every workspace you own.
