Accessibility statement
Our accessibility target, what's supported, known limitations, and how to report barriers.

Our target
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA for the interface around the drawing canvas: marketing pages, help center, account, billing, dashboards, sharing and the editor's panels.
What's supported
- Full keyboard operation with visible focus, including selecting, nudging, rotating, resizing (by typed values) and deleting items in the editor.
- Labelled controls, status messages announced to assistive technology, and errors described in text.
- Light and dark themes with AA colour contrast; issues use icons and text, not colour alone.
- Reduced-motion support, reflow at 200% zoom, and large touch targets.
- A published keyboard shortcut list generated from the editor's own bindings.
Known limitations
- Drawing new free-form shapes is primarily a pointer activity. Typed dimensions in the inspector are the accessible alternative for setting exact sizes.
- The visual canvas doesn't yet expose every wall and item to screen readers as a structured object list. This is planned.
- 3D views and renders are visual. Key information — dimensions, areas, materials, item lists — is available in 2D, the inspector and CSV schedules.
- Third-party checkout pages (Stripe, PayPal) and the Turnstile verification widget are provided by those companies.
How we test
Automated checks during development, keyboard-only and screen-reader passes (VoiceOver, NVDA) on key journeys, and testing at high zoom and in both themes. We'll publish an audit summary once an independent review is complete.
Report a barrier
Use the contact form and choose "Accessibility". Tell us the page, what you were trying to do and the assistive technology you use. We'll respond and tell you what we plan to do.
