Before you start
- Access to the email inbox for your account, if possible. Keep your backup codes handy if you use two-factor authentication.
Forgot your password
- On /sign-in choose Forgot password.
- Enter your email. We send a reset link that expires after 1 hour.
- Choose a new password. All other sessions are signed out for safety.
Can't complete two-factor
- Use Email me a code on the 2FA screen, or
- Enter one of your backup codes. Once in, re-enrol 2FA in Settings → Security.
Lost access to your email too
Contact us from /contact using a different email address. Tell us the account email and as much as you can verify (workspace name, recent invoices). For your security we verify ownership carefully before changing anything, and this can take a few business days.
If you think your account was compromised
- Reset your password immediately.
- In Settings → Security, sign out all other sessions and review passkeys and 2FA.
- Check workspace members and share links for anything unexpected.
- Contact support so we can help review activity.
We also email you a security alert for important account changes. If you get one you don't recognise, act straight away.
