Before you start
- An email address you can access.
Create an account
- Go to /sign-up.
- Sign up with email and password (10–128 characters) or Continue with Google. Sign in with Apple appears when it's enabled.
- Check your inbox and choose Verify email. The link expires after 24 hours.
- Verification is needed before subscribing or inviting teammates — you can use the Free plan before that.
Passkeys
Passkeys let you sign in with your device's fingerprint, face or screen lock instead of a password, and they can't be phished.
- Open Settings → Security.
- Choose Add a passkey and follow your browser's prompt.
- Next time, choose Sign in with a passkey. Passkeys need a browser and device that support them (current Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox on most devices).
Sessions and devices
Sessions last up to 30 days. In Settings → Security you can see signed-in devices and sign out of any of them. Sensitive changes (like changing your password) ask you to confirm recent sign-in.
Common problems
- No verification email. Check spam, then choose Resend on the verification screen.
- "Too many attempts." For your security, sign-in attempts are rate-limited. Wait a few minutes and try again.
- Signed up with Google, now want a password. Use Forgot password with the same email to set one.
