Cancel your subscription
Cancel any time: keep editing until the period ends, then read-only access with downloads, and your data kept for at least 90 days. Card subscriptions can be resumed before the period ends; PayPal ones can't.

You can cancel at any time. Here's exactly what happens.
Before you start
- You must be the account owner (the person who owns the workspaces and pays). Admins of your workspaces don't see or change the owner's billing.
Steps
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
- You'll get a confirmation email with the date access changes.
What happens next

There are no automatic refunds for the remaining days of the period; to ask about a refund, contact support. Once the period has ended you can subscribe again any time before deletion and pick up exactly where you left off.
Changed your mind?
- Card (Stripe): choose Resume subscription in Billing before the paid period ends. It then renews as usual.
- PayPal: PayPal can't undo a cancellation. Keep using everything until the period ends, then choose Subscribe in Billing to start a new subscription. Your work is all still there.
Common problems
- I cancelled by mistake. See Changed your mind? above.
- I don't see "Resume subscription". It's only offered for card subscriptions, before the paid period ends.
- I want my data gone now. Cancel, then delete the workspace.
