Export all your data, or delete your account

Your designs belong to you. You can take everything with you, at any time, including after cancelling.

Before you start

• Owner role for workspace-wide export or deletion. Anyone can delete their own account.

Export everything

1. Open Settings → Workspace → Export data.
2. Choose Prepare archive. We gather native project files (fully editable) plus your uploaded assets and renders.
3. You'll get a notification and email when it's ready; download it from the same page.

Retention after cancelling or lapsing

• Your workspaces stay fully editable until the end of the paid period.
• After that they become read-only: you can still view and download everything.
• We keep workspace data for at least 90 days after the subscription ends, with notices before anything is removed.

Delete a workspace

1. Open Settings → Workspace → Delete workspace.
2. Confirm your identity. You'll see a summary of the projects and people affected and what happens to the subscription.
3. Deletion is scheduled, with a recovery window during which you can cancel it. After the window, deletion jobs remove database records and stored files.

Delete your account

Open Settings → Profile → Delete account. If you own a workspace with other members, transfer ownership or delete the workspace first.

Common problems

• "Transfer ownership first." Workspaces with other members need an owner; transfer it in Members & guests.
